Make your own Dear Zoo book, you can make flaps or pop up sections. See how adventurous you feel.
Maths
You need number cards/plates or paper with numbers written on and a selection or different animals e.g. Farm animals,zoo animals, birds, insects and people. (You can draw them if you haven’t got any)
Put the plates out with a mixture of toys / pictures.
Count the legs and put the toy onto the correct number plate. Repeat until you have used all the toys.
You could use toy cars, bikes, lorries and trains and count the wheels instead.
(Alternatively, you can put the correct number of toys or lego bricks onto each number card)
