OUR CARR MILL VISION
At Carr Mill Primary School, every child matters, every child belongs and every child can flourish.
We want Carr Mill to be a school where every child feels happy, valued, respected and safe; where children are excited to come to school, families feel welcomed and supported, and every member of #teamcarrmill feels valued and empowered to make a difference.
We believe that strong relationships are at the heart of successful learning. We have a culture of botheredness — we notice, we listen, we care and we go above and beyond because every child and every family matters.
We have high aspirations for every child. We want our pupils to become confident, resilient, curious and compassionate young people, equipped with the knowledge, skills and character they need to succeed in school and in life.
