Beech Class, 20.06.25
Date: 19th Jun 2025 @ 2:55pm
This week has been lots of fun in Beech Class and we have been enjoying our playtimes again especially in the beautiful weather!
We have enjoyed the new activities out on the playground as part of our OPAL project - an ice discovery area, drawing zone and a loose parts area where the children created obstacle courses and worked well as a team.
This week we have been busy doing quizzes in class (end of year assessments). The children have worked so hard to show us all of the things that they have learned over the year.
In computing lessons the children combined thier skills using images and text to write about The Great Fire of London using the app Pic Collage. In science we have finished our plants topic - we measured how tall our plants had grown and we drew conclusions of our fair tests.
VIP this week was for history and our class winner was Alyssa. Well done!
We have also been practising our class assembly and we mostly know our lines and song words now. There is one more song to learn on Seesaw now too.
We are so excited to perform for our audience in the hall next Friday at 9 am. We look forward to seeing you there!
