Aspen (Year 3 & Year 4) 2025 - 2026
Miss McCahey
Mrs Williams

Welcome to Aspen Class!
In our class, we are very good at:
Showing kindness to our teachers and friends.
Listening to teachers so that we can achieve our best.
Following the #TeamCarrmill expectations of always being ready, respectful, and safe.
Always giving our best effort!
Homework:
You be given homework every Friday, which is due in the following Friday.
You will be given a paper copy as well as being able to access it on Seesaw. If you need another paper copy, there will always be spares in the tray. You don't even need to ask!
TTRockstars:
As well as homework, you will also be expected to spend time on TTRockstars throughout the week. Just screenshot your scores and upload them to Seesaw. There will be certificates for the highest scores!
Reading records:
The children are 'free readers' and can choose a book from our class library or read something from home!

There are lots of opportunities for independent reading throughout the week and time for sharing our favourite stories with each other.
Reading diaries (which will now be a sheet) will be checked each Friday - please ensure you read at home at least 4 times per week.
Weekly Blog:
Check here each week for an update on what Asepn class has been getting up to!
