Beech Class 12.06.26

This week in Beech Class we have been working hard in all our lessons. 

In maths we completed our unit of work about money then started focusing upon multiplication and division.

English lessons have been focused around a new text - Jack and the Baked Beanstalk which has a twist in the tale! We have all loved the story and particularly hot seating the character of the giant.

In PE we have started a new unit about striking and fielding, exploring lots of different ball skills.

Our Year 1 children have completed their phonics screening check and they all did this with great detemination. Well done everyone!

This week's VIP was awarded for art. This was given to Darcie. Well done!
