Larch: Autumn 2 week 4

What a busy week we have had!

Lots of rehearsing for our class assembly this week which went fantastically. The children did so well to all learn their lines and performed them with confidence. 

In class, we have still been covering lots of work on WW2 - this has been in our reading, writing and history lessons. We have a really good understanding now of why the war began and the impact it had on people who were alive and living in Britain at the time. 

In maths, we have been covering shape and angles. It has been a tricky topic with lots of facts to remember but we have shown lots of resilience. 

Next week we are starting our Christmas Advent calander. 

Get into school every day so that Larch class can open lots of baubles and win some amazing class prizes :)
