Larch class: Summer 2, week 5

Well done for a great week, folks. This week, we have spent lots of time in class doing some DT; we have researched and  constucted a variety of ladders, pillars and bridges using paper and straw. You've all done so well with your designs and making the different types of truss rods to further strenghthen your designs!

As promised, here are a few photos from our fabulous colour run last week.

Next week is transition week! Year 5, I am sure you will have a fabulous time in your new classes (I'll see you back in Larch on Thursday). Year 6, I hope you all have a great time at Cowley next week. I know some of you are nervous but think of these transition days as an opportunity to get used to making your way to the school and a chance to make some new friends...these upcoming three days will help aleviate lots of those 'new school' nerves. Be safe and we'll see you back for your final week and a half at Carr Mill!
