Birch Class 01.05.26

It’s been another busy and exciting week in Birch Class! 

In maths, we have finished our unit of work on time and have now moved on to fractions, focusing on halves, quarters and thirds. 

In English, we have been exploring a new text, The Bog Baby. The children have been making predictions about the story and have written some fantastic setting and character descriptions. 

In Geography, we have completed our unit of work. We have now started an exciting new unit in Science – Amazing Animals! The children have begun learning about different animal groups. 

This week’s VIP winner in Birch Class was awarded for Geography. This was given to Aria. Well done!
