SYCAMORE - WEEK 7
Date: 18th Dec 2025 @ 9:47am
As we begin the final countdown to Christmas, our classroom has been full of excitement, hard work and festive cheer!
In English, the children have finished their Star Writes, inspired by How to Steal Christmas. The creativity, imagination and effort they put into their writing has been wonderful to see and they should all be very proud of themselves.
In Maths, we have now completed our topic and the children worked extremely hard to consolidate their learning. Their confidence has grown so much and they are ready to take these skills forward.
We also had lots to celebrate as our Green Team enjoyed a well-earned treat after winning—celebrating their success by watching a film together. On top of this, the class earned the attendance prize, which we celebrated with a special Grinch Afternoon. It was a fantastic way to recognise their commitment and teamwork.
A real highlight of the season was our amazing Carol Concert. The children sang beautifully and represented the school so proudly—it truly got us all into the Christmas spirit.
As we come to the end of term, I would like to thank you for your continued support. It has been a wonderful few weeks.
I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
