Willow: Autumn 2, Week 3

Well done for a great week, Willow! This week, we have begun our Reading and Writing unit on The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. We started off by describing fantasy settings and watched a clip from the 2005 film to get our imaginations flowing. In Maths, we have continued with our Addition and Subtraction unit using the column method.

In science, we have been investigating pitch, volume and the differences between the two. We also arranged some instruments from highest pitch to lowest pitch.

We also started our History topic on The Victorians, which we are really enjoying so far! We even got to draw on our desks today (with wipeable pen) to create a timeline of important events throughout time.
